Sabrina Weld Feldman is Founder and Head Broker of Weld Realty – originally launching the company in 2005 in Chestnut Ridge, NY. A Bachelor in Fine Arts (BFA) from Alfred University, Sabrina combines her passion for artistic creation with her broad customer service upbringing in defining the character of Weld Realty.
As an artist, Sabrina understands the power of aesthetically appealing pictures and promotions. She knows that listing photos and online visuals of properties should be beautiful, artistic and compelling – so she hires professionals that show off the quality of Weld Realty listings and ensures sellers receive useful advice to get their home primed to sell for the best possible price in their market.
Sabrina strives to be a role model for listening to and understanding priorities of clients, to ensure they are shown houses that best fit their needs and desires while keeping the home-buying experience enjoyable. She succeeds in sustaining a cooperative, creative and fun atmosphere at Weld Realty, as it grows – where the entire team collaborates to exceed customer expectations, while providing support and flexibility to one another.
As a long-time resident of Rockland County, community service has always been a priority to Sabrina. She has served as Board Chairman for Hungry Hollow Co-op and is an active member and supporter of The Rockland Farm Alliance (local farming movement), The Hungry Hollow Coalition, local political organizations, and Green Meadow Waldorf School. It is her vision that Weld Realty support grass roots efforts in smart growth, sustainability, small business development, and nurturing attractive livable communities – a smart local agency with its heart and soul dedicated to helping our communities flourish.
